Kenneth F. Dusyn has practiced in patent, trademark and copyright law since 1970,
and has established this office to serve clientele for protecting their Intellectual Property interests. Our clientele includes major corporations, small businesses and individuals throughout the United States and abroad.
Mr. Dusyn is a member of the Bars of Connecticut and Vermont and is a registered patent
attorney licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is
admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S.
District Courts of the States of Connecticut and Vermont. He is also a member in
the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
The degree of Bachelor of Chemical Engineering was awarded to Mr. Dusyn by the University of
Dayton, and the degree of Juris Doctor was received in 1970 from the University of
Connecticut School of Law where Mr. Dusyn was the recipient of the Judge David H.
Jacobs award for legal papers published in the University of Connecticut Law Journal. He served with the law firms of Curtis, Morris & Safford and Pennie & Edmonds of New York City, and with Lever Brothers (now Unilever USA) as senior patent counsel.
Charles E. Bruzga has practiced patent, trademark and copyright law since 1975, and has served the firm in the capacity as "Of Counsel" since 2004. He represents corporations and businesses in both the United States and abroad.
Mr. Bruzga is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in New York, in the Court
of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Supreme Court, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office. He is actively involved with the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA),
and is part of AIPLA's Professional Programs Committee.
Mr. Bruzga graduated with Honors with a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado in 1975, and obtained a Juris Doctor Degree in 1979 from the Franklin Pierce Law School focusing on intellectual property ("IP") law.
